When a customer buys a product they receive the points. When they accumulate enough points they can redeem the points to receive a product for free (ie. buy 10 get 1 free).   When you go to finish a sale, the software will open a Redemption window that allows you to use the customers point.   You must select the customer before Finishing the sale. We want to be able to tell a customer, if you rent 10 movies over the course of time, you get one free. When I look at the setup, it seems the points system only applies to ONE PRODUCT. This would not work with rentals, since no one is going to rent the same movie ten times. Was hoping that points would accrue across the board, and once a customer had 10 points regardless of movie, they could redeem those points.
